15mm fine, bright (much brighter than the photo shows),
medium-deep purple amethyst, exceptionally well cut to our specification in
Thailand, from our own rough gemstone. Weighing 12.72 carats, and set in a
heavy 14K yellow gold 5-prong factory-made "basket" style mounting, this is
one of those quality stones that rarely find their way to a jewelry store that
doesn't have a "big" name.
